Jessica Chastain stated on her Instagram that she has finished 1st day shooting of X-Men Dark Phoenix and she also revealed some surprises.
Well, contrary to expectations, it seems that Jessica Chastain will not be be bringing Lilandra back to life.
On Friday, the Jessica Chastain posted the picture of a rainbow from the set of X-men Dark Phoenix. And this picture was 1st posted my the director Simon Kinberg, claiming that he had wrapped the 1st day of set with Jessica Chastain.
Furthermore, she took to the comments to interact with the fans and to provide a bit of scoop of information. But she ended up by saying that,"It was a bit of curveball for X-Men fans."
"Hey folks, want a scoop? I'm not playing Lilandra.."
Many fans believe that Chastain had been cast as the ruler of Empress of the Shi'ar Empire. But this does not seem to be true. Could this mean that Dark Phoenix wouldn't be tackling the Shi'ar? Or she was doing some charity about her role?
She didn't explain it in any manner and has put a question mark on all these questions. For now, we all know that she is not playing the role of Lilandra.
X-Men Dark Phoenix will hit the cinemas on 2 November,2018.
